Tom Griffith started Griffith Insurance LLP in 1988 with his father, Thomas M. Griffith. Tom became agency owner/principal in 2002 upon the death of his father. Tom brings over 20 years of experience in personal and commercial insurance.

Tom is a 1988 graduate of University of Richmond. He enjoys golf, running, and attending his children's events. He currently resides in East Bradford Township, Chester County with his wife, Laurie, and their children Dan, Madison, and Jack.
