Thomas D Griffith joined the agency shortly after his graduation from the University of Richmond. He obtained his agents license in 1989 and began building his own book of business within the agency. He became agency principal in 2002.

Tom works with clients in a close personal service relationship which has resulted in a rapid growth in his premium writings through client referrals.

Tom and his wife Laurie and their three children Danny, Madison, and Jack live in East Bradford Twp, Chester County.
